Do I need to supply or prepare anything for the groom?
All we need is for you to please ensure that your dog has been to the toilet before you arrive at the salon.
Will you cage my dog?
We have one holding pen and only use this if we have a dog that doesn’t mix well or that is very nervous. We try not to use the pen and only use it if really have to for health and safety reasons.
My dogs is knotty can I keep its coat long?
We groom humanely at Claires dog grooming and we abide by the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
If brushing will cause harm or discomfit to your dog, we will have to take the coat short and start again. With regular appointments, we can help you maintain a heath coat for you and your dog and get the look that works for you both.
