I have always wanted to work with animals especially dogs. So I take pride in saying that I'm a dog groomer. When I was at school I knew I wanted to become a dog groomer.

By the time I was ready to leave school I was fortunate to be offered an apprenticeship at a local salon near to where I lived. Over time I worked my way up from being the tea girl to senior groomer and then a Dog Grooming tutor.

I first started out on my own as a Mobile groomer working from my grooming van. Which my talented husband built and designed for me. As the business grew and we wanted to start a family. We had the salon built and we have ever looked back since.

I have now been dog grooming for over 16 years and still love it.

 I'm fully Qualified and have completed a college course,  Complete Canine Health & First-Aid Course with CPD accredited certificate, full apprenticeship scheme and I have also completed the City and Guilds NVQ levels 1 and 2 in dog grooming.

I have always wanted to work with animals and have worked with animals for many years. I’ve previously worked at a boarding kennel where I first started out as a volunteer Saturday girl walking the dogs. This lead to me being taken on as kennel handler and then progressed into being the kennels dog groomer.

I live and breathe DOGS and am very passionate about all aspects of dogs. I have gained my LEVEL 2 NVQ city and guilds dog grooming qualification and level 3 diploma in dog grooming.

I have also attended many seminars and courses such as canine 1st aid with flexi med, dog law with Trevor Cooper, Interactive play and behavior with Craig Ogilvie, Conformation and movement and points of the dog with Steven Bardwell to broaden my knowledge further.

At home I have two dogs of my own. Freddie my Bichon Frise cross Yorkshire Terrier and Leo my English Springer Spaniel. We regularly compete at agility competitions with our agility team which we love so much.
